Spacious accommodations and direct water access were fantastic.

The back patio was poorly maintained with tricky flooring. There were spider webs around, indicating a lack of cleaning. The cushions were a little dirty, which detracted from the otherwise beautiful view.

The spacious rooms effortlessly accommodated our group, while the serene balcony views created perfect moments for lounging with drinks. Grilling by the river was a highlight, making our stay lovely.

My kids wished for more activities for children.

Such a spacious place! It easily fit our group of 8 and the balcony view of the river was awesome for hanging out. Plus, we had direct access to the water which was great. We loved grilling at the two grills nearby. A great spot to unwind 🍹

This place was a strong match for a stopover in Canyon Lake with great value-to-price ratio. The ice maker was a nice surprise, making it easy to enjoy cool drinks while relaxing. Bring some outdoor cushions for extra comfort on the patio.

The hotel was easy to find. Clean and tidy unit with two bedrooms. Relaxing riverfront location. Close proximity to Greune, New Braunfels, and Canyon Lake. Spacious, quiet, and well-equipped with a picnic area and barbecue pit. Excellent customer service from Ms. Alyssa.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The location is unbeatable, with easy access to both the Guadalupe River and Canyon Lake. We loved lounging by the picnic tables and soaking up the beautiful atmosphere. The price was reasonable and the check-in and checkout process was easy. we highly recommend this place for a great vacation.
